Benedek Club Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
  • Bread: 1 piece
  • Benedek pressed ham: 100g
  • Bacon: 80g
  • Egg: 1 piece
  • Cheddar: 2 slices
  • Green salad
  • Mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • Cut the bread in half and brown both sides with a little butter.
  • Fry the ham and bacon in a pan, then fry an egg on both sides.
  • To assemble, spread the bun with cream cheese, add the ham and bacon, half the egg and the cheddar cheese.
  • We repeat these steps, and at the end we put the green salad and the other half of the bun smeared with cream cheese, and it's ready to serve!
