Sausage salad with eggs, corn and fried bacon
INGREDIENTS
- Eggs: 2 pieces
- Corn: 1 can
- Creamwursti: 150g
- Mayonnaise: 100g
- Bacon: 100g
- We boil the cream sausages and eggs.
- We shave or slice the eggs, and we cut the rounds of the creamwurst.
- Put them in a bowl, add the corn and mayonnaise, then add salt, pepper and fresh greens.
- At the end, add some fried bacon, and serve the salad with toasted bread or a French baguette.
