Sausage salad with eggs, corn and fried bacon

INGREDIENTS
  • Eggs: 2 pieces
  • Corn: 1 can
  • Creamwursti: 150g
  • Mayonnaise: 100g
  • Bacon: 100g
  • We boil the cream sausages and eggs.
  • We shave or slice the eggs, and we cut the rounds of the creamwurst.
  • Put them in a bowl, add the corn and mayonnaise, then add salt, pepper and fresh greens.
  • At the end, add some fried bacon, and serve the salad with toasted bread or a French baguette.
