Sausage salad with eggs, corn and fried bacon
INGREDIENTS
Eggs:
2 pieces
Corn:
1 can
Creamwursti:
150g
Mayonnaise:
100g
Bacon:
100g
We boil the cream sausages and eggs.
We shave or slice the eggs, and we cut the rounds of the creamwurst.
Put them in a bowl, add the corn and mayonnaise, then add salt, pepper and fresh greens.
At the end, add some fried bacon, and serve the salad with toasted bread or a French baguette.
